Installation Process

A TXU Energy iThermostat must be installed and provisioned by a TXU Energy authorized contractor.

You can easily schedule your installation appointment during the enrollment process. Our TXU Energy Authorized contractors will follow up with you to confirm the appointment date and time. On the day of installation, our contractor will call thirty minutes prior to their arrival.

During the installation process, our contractors will inspect your heating, venting and air conditioning equipment to ensure that it is good working condition. Then, they will install your iThermostat, and provision the equipment so you'll be ready to login and take advantage of its remote programming capabilities.

When you enroll online for the TXU Energy Conservation Program, you will receive a TXU Energy iThermostat plus professional installation and complimentary HVAC inspection.
